Prices and payment

Replacement starts from AED 180, fitted at your location. The exact price depends on the battery size and type your car needs, and we confirm a fixed price before we set out. A jump start is AED 99 flat.

AED 99 flat. That covers the boost and a health check of the battery and alternator. If the battery is only drained, that is the whole visit.

Yes. You get the full price — battery, fitting and disposal — before we touch the car. The price we quote on WhatsApp is the price you pay at the door.

No — the quoted price covers the job wherever the car is parked on your property, driveway or garage included.

Yes — split the cost into 4 interest-free payments with Tabby or Tamara.

Yes — every visit starts with a free test of the battery and the alternator. If the battery is healthy, we say so and you pay nothing; there is no callout fee for a test that shows you do not need a battery.

Timing and availability

Our vans work the Nad Al Sheba and Meydan side of the city all day, and a technician usually reaches you within about half an hour of your call.

Fitting takes about 15 minutes once the technician is at the car. The battery and alternator are load-tested first, free.

Saturday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24/7, every day.

Yes. Emergency callouts run 24/7, every day.

The visit

Wherever the car is parked — villa driveway, carport, garage, basement, your office car park or the roadside.

Yes — we call ahead so you can clear us with security, or add us to your visitor list in advance if your community uses an app for that.

If the car is accessible in an open driveway or garage, we can usually complete the job with just a phone call — you don't need to be physically present.

We use a memory saver to keep your radio, clock and seat settings while the battery is changed. On some cars a few settings or engine adaptations still reset and relearn over the next few drives — that is normal, not damage.

We take it away for proper disposal as part of every replacement.

Nad Al Sheba 1, 2, 3 and 4, Nad Al Sheba Gardens, Meydan One, District One, Meydan Heights and The Polo Residence. If you are nearby, ask — we often cover beyond the map.

Batteries and warranty

Up to 24 months, depending on the battery you choose — the exact term is confirmed before fitting and printed on your receipt. A battery that fails under warranty in the first 12 months is replaced free at your door; after 12 months the replacement is pro-rata.

Manufacturing defects and a battery that stops holding charge in normal use. It does not cover physical damage, a flat battery caused by lights left on, a car left standing for weeks or a faulty charging system, or a battery that has been removed, refitted or charged by someone else.

Call us and we come to the car, test the battery, and replace it on the spot if it has failed. Keep your receipt — we need the fitting date.

Eighteen brands: Energizer, Amaron, Autopart, Bekon, Bosch, Camel, Duracell, Exide, Fiamm, JPC, Kays, Mobis, Panasonic, Seabing, Solite, Tudor, Varta and Volta — premium and value options for every common fitment.

Tell us the make, model and year when you call and we confirm the exact fitment and a fixed price before we set out. We carry sizes for Japanese, German, American, Korean and Chinese cars.

Yes — we carry AGM and EFB batteries for start-stop cars, and register the new battery with the vehicle where required.

If the car started fine yesterday and is silent today, a jump may be all it needs. If it's been slow to start for days, it likely needs replacing — either way we test on arrival before recommending anything.

In our experience, often two to three years. Heat under the bonnet speeds up fluid loss and plate corrosion, which is why batteries here do not reach the four or five years expected in cooler climates.
