If the car is accessible in an open driveway or garage, we can usually complete the job with just a phone call — you don't need to be physically present.
If the car started fine yesterday and is silent today, a jump may be all it needs. If it's been slow to start for days, it likely needs replacing — either way we test on arrival before recommending anything.
