Car Battery Services

Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 August 2026

This page explains what our mobile car battery service collects when you contact us or use this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to change. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we get your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us — usually your name, your car, and where the car is parked. We need that to send a van to the right place with the right battery.

When you use the battery finder on this site, the car make and model you pick are sent to a vehicle-data provider so we can look up the correct fitment. That request carries no name, no number and no location.

Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information automatically: IP address, device and browser type, which pages you viewed, and the site or ad that sent you here.

There are no accounts on this site, nothing to register for, and no payment form. You pay the technician once the job is done.

How we use it

  • To quote a price, dispatch a technician and reach you if we cannot find the car.
  • To keep a job record — car, battery fitted and date — so we can honour a warranty claim later.
  • To answer questions you send us on the phone or on WhatsApp.
  • To measure which ads and which pages actually lead to calls, so we know what is worth paying for.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies in your browser and let Google recognise a device across websites.

  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us that a click on one of our ads led to a call or a WhatsApp message.
  • Google Tag Manager — the container that loads our measurement tags.
  • Your language choice (English or Arabic) is stored on your own device and never sent to us.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your phone number to anyone for marketing.

  • Google — advertising and measurement, under Google's own privacy terms.
  • WhatsApp and Meta — if you choose to message us there, that conversation sits on their platform under their terms.
  • Our vehicle-data provider — receives the car make and model from the battery finder, nothing else.
  • Our hosting provider — keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as the battery warranty runs, plus a reasonable period after it ends, so a claim can be checked against what we actually fitted. Messages and call history are kept while they are useful for service. Analytics data is held by Google under Google's retention settings, not ours.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Ask us to delete it — except records we still need to honour a live warranty.
  • Ask us to stop messaging you.
  • Opt out of personalised ads through Google, using the link above.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works fine without them; our measurement just gets less accurate.

Security

Job records live on password-protected devices and accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet is safe in transit.

Children

This site is aimed at car owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
