Car Battery Services

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms cover using this website and booking our mobile battery service. Calling us, messaging us, or letting a technician start work on your car means you accept them.

Using this site

Prices, arrival times and battery fitments shown here are a guide, given in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. Nothing on this site is a quote or a contract until we confirm it with you directly.

The battery finder suggests a fit using third-party vehicle data. Treat it as a starting point — the technician confirms the correct battery at your car before fitting anything.

The text, images, logo and layout on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for another business, and do not scrape, overload or interfere with the site.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown as “from AED 180” are starting prices for the cheapest suitable battery. What you actually pay depends on your car, the battery size it takes and the brand you choose. Our jumpstart callout is a flat AED 99.

You get the full price — battery, fitting and disposal of the old battery — before we touch the car. If something turns up that changes the price, we stop, tell you, and you decide whether we continue.

Arrival times

The 25-minute average arrival is a typical time inside Nad Al Sheba and Meydan. It is a target, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, community gate access and the jobs already running ahead of you all move it. We give you a realistic time when you call, and we tell you if it slips.

We do not pay compensation for a late arrival.

Free testing, and when you pay nothing

Every visit starts with a free test of the battery and the alternator. If the battery is healthy, we say so and you pay nothing — there is no callout fee for a test that shows you do not need a battery.

If the test points to an alternator, starter or wiring fault instead, that is outside what we do. We tell you what we found, but that is a roadside opinion, not a full workshop diagnosis.

Battery warranty

Batteries we fit carry a warranty of up to 24 months, depending on the battery you choose. We tell you the exact term before fitting and it is on your receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and a battery that stops holding charge in normal use.

  • It does not cover physical damage — cracks, impact, fire, flood or accident damage.
  • It does not cover a flat battery caused by something outside the battery: lights or accessories left on, a car left standing for weeks, a parasitic drain, or a faulty charging system.
  • It does not cover a battery that has been removed, refitted or charged by someone else.
  • It does not cover use in a different vehicle, or use outside the rating set by the manufacturer.
  • It does not cover loose terminals or corrosion from lack of basic maintenance.

Making a warranty claim

For the first 12 months, a battery that fails under warranty is replaced free. After 12 months the replacement is pro-rata — you pay a share of the price of the new battery based on the months already used.

Call the number below and we come to the car, test the battery, and replace it on the spot if it has failed. Keep your receipt: we need the fitting date.

Payment

Payment is due to the technician when the job is finished. We confirm which payment methods we accept when you book. No payment is taken through this website.

Returns

A battery that has been fitted and used cannot be returned or refunded — if it is faulty, the warranty above is what applies. An unopened battery ordered by mistake can be returned on the same day.

Your car

Disconnecting a battery resets things your car keeps in memory: radio presets, the clock, seat or window settings, and on some cars engine or gearbox adaptations that relearn over the next few drives. That is normal, and it is not damage.

We are responsible for damage we actually cause through carelessness while working on your car. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for a part that fails on its own during or after the visit, or for indirect losses such as missed appointments, lost income, a hire car, or towing you arranged yourself.

Tell us before we start if the car has an alarm, an immobiliser, aftermarket electronics, or a battery in a non-standard location.

Access and safety

We work on the car where it is parked. Arranging community gate or building access is down to you, and the car needs to be somewhere we can work safely. If we cannot reach it safely, we may have to reschedule.

If you are not home, we can usually finish the job with a phone call, as long as the car is accessible as agreed. Leaving a car open for us is your decision and your risk.

Cancelling

Call us as soon as you can if you no longer need us. There is no charge for cancelling before the technician arrives. If we arrive and the car cannot be reached, or nobody is contactable, we may charge for the wasted visit — we will say so at the time of booking if that applies.
